Description
This fellowship aims to prevent drug-related harms and guide progress towards the elimination of HIV and viral hepatitis in people who inject drugs. It will address key gaps in knowledge by 1) Identifying new populations, monitoring trends and assessing progress; 2) Estimating the incidence and determinants of treatment uptake and re-infection and sex differences in prevention efficacy and; 3) Testing novel interventions to reduce risk behaviour and increase testing, treatment and immunisation.
