Tailoring implementation for forgotten populations in chronic disease management

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

Using evidence in clinical practice is challenging when the evidence does not describe how the treatment works or include participants from the population of interest. The aim of this fellowship is to extend research evidence by identifying how treatments for chronic conditions work, and whether they apply to under-served populations in Australia. This information will improve the use of evidence in clinical practice and the uptake of evidence-based treatments for forgotten populations.
