Abstract

Bilateral facial paralysis of diverse infectious aetiologies has been reported in HIV infected patients. We present a patient with bilateral facial palsy most likely due to herpes zoster meningoencephalitis in a patient with neutropenia and who subsequentIy tested HIV-positive.
