Abstract

The dielectric spectra of high-temperature piezoelectric (1-x)BiScO 3-xPbTiO3 was investigated. Two other polarization mechanisms were detected below the ferroelectric phase transition. The results show nearly frequency-independent losses at low temperatures in the dynamic disorder of some ions.
