Abstract

The electrospinning platform was built to prepare PZT/P(VDF-TrFE)nanofiber films. The surface morphology characteristic of nanofiber films was observed through scanning electron microscope(SEM). The X-ray diffraction(XRD) was used to detect the β phase of nanofiber films of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene).The influence of the different lead zirconate titanate ceramic mass fraction on the nanometer fiber diameter and the β phase of nanofiber films of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) was investigated.The experimental results showed that the appropriate mass fraction of the zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramics powder should be 4%when the electrospinning method was used to prepare PZT/P(VDF-TrFE) nanofiber films.
