Abstract

The authors regret that the information about ZIRLO substrate has to be corrected by changing the following section: The chemical composition of ZIRLO™ is nominally 1% Nb, 1% Sn, 300–600 wt. ppm Fe and balance Zr. As: The chemical composition of ZIRLO™ is nominally 1 wt.% Nb, 1 wt.% Sn, 0.1 wt.% Fe and balance Zr. We also would like to change all ZIRLO™ as ZIRLO®. Accordingly, we would like to update footnote on first page for ZIRLO as: ZIRLO is a registered trademark of the Westinghouse Electric LLC, its Affiliates and/or Subsidiaries in the United States of America and may be registered in other countries throughout the world. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
