Equations (8)–(13) of our paper [1] contain a repeated typographical error. The correct version of this equation is as follows: ε_{0 dz} ^{d} ^{[} ε_{dc}(z)_{dz} ^{d} φ(z) ] = −q_{e} [N_{f}(z) + N_{D}(z) + p(z) − n(z)]. (16) In Table 1, µ_{n}(cm^{−2} V^{−1} s^{−1}), µ_{p}(cm^{−2} V^{−1} s^{−1}), and R_{B}(cm^{−3} s^{−1}) have to be replaced by µ_{n}(cm^{2} V^{−1} s^{−1}), µ_{p}(cm^{2} V^{−1} s^{−1}), and R_{B}(cm^{−3} s^{−1}), respectively. These errors did not affect any numerical result or conclusion provided in the paper. We regret our carelessness.
