Lithium-niobate-silica hybrid whispering-gallery-mode resonators

Abstract

Hybrid wishpering-gallery-mode resonators were made by depositing a ploycrystalline lihtiiim noibate film onto silica resonators. Efficient coupling with tapered fiber and all-optical modulation were realized in these resonators.
