Abstract

This article, which was published in 2001, surveys multidisciplinary practice (MDP) related developments in the United States. Section 1 focuses on American Bar Association (ABA) MDP developments. Section 2 focuses on other U.S. developments. Section 3 explains the issues that have arisen in the context of U.S. discussions. Section 4 concludes by pointing out differences between the U.S. and English appraoches to MDPs.
