Abstract

We have newly synthesized Ca2-xSrxRuO4 in the whole region of x: the two-dimensional Mott-transition system which continuously connects the Mott insulating Ca2RuO4 with the superconducting Sr2RuO4. The metal-insulator transition occurs in Ca rich region by varying either Sr content or temperature.
