Molecular beam epitaxy of cubic Zn1-xCdxSe and Cd1-xMnxSe and related superlattices

We report the epitaxial growth of cubic Zn1-xCdxSe (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) and Cd1-xMnxSe (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.8) on (100) GaAs. attempts at growing modulated structures involving these materials. Structural and optical characterization of the epilayers and superlattices is discussed.
