A large increase (up to 65%) of Tc as a function of frequency (1MHz-30GHz) was observed on a 1 unit cell COL-') and a 2UC-thick Y1Ba2Cu307.X epitaxial film sandwiched between Pr0.6Yo.4Ba2Cu307-X, using the RF (I-20MHz) and microwave (30GHz) complex ac sheet imlJcdance methods. The inverse sheet kinetic inductance of the films Lk-1(T) exhibits a jump near the critical temperature Tc, where the dissipative component of the conductivity, Reo(T), has a maximum. The jump is suppressed in a very small magnetic field (-lmT).
