CT and MR findings of osteoclastoma (giant cell tumor) in a rare site, the sphenoid sinus, are described in a 20-year-old female patient. CT was helpful in demonstrating the extent of the lesion and the bony destruction. In addition, MRI served to exclude the pituitary origin of the tumor by demonstrating its superior displacement.
