Abstract

In order to realize rapid test of the binocular smart glass' optical parallax, an optical parallax rapid-testing system is proposed. The image of the binocular smart glass is collected by the large aperture and long focal length CMOS camera, whose optical axis is parallel and co-planar with the two optical imaging axes of the binocular smart glass. With one shot, the screen of the binocular smart glass display is captured. By means of a test chart with the crossed scale, parallax is calculated rapidly. The testing principle is introduced, and relevant formulas are deduced. Experimental results indicate that the testing time of the system is only one, and the precision of the camera is 2.47", and reading error the testing chat is 3.7', and the error between the test chart test and the actual result is 3.85'. It can satisfy the testing system requirements of higher precision and rapid speed.
