Abstract
Piecemeal approaches to reform have impeded past attempts to restructure schools. Meaningful change will only occur when change is systemic. That is, when all interdependent parts of the educational system, including the classroom, the administration, and the community, are willing to adapt. The SIRIUS-A report provides valuable insight and advice for others considering educational reform
