Study on energy saving of inertia loading system based on hydraulic secondary regulated technology

Abstract

According to the issues of control characteristics and energy saving in hydraulic inertial system, the secondary regulated technology was applied in such a hydraulic system. The secondary regulated technology adopted load-side variable displacement regulation, the system has good control performance and can realize energy recycle and reuse. In order to analyze the energy saving characteristics of the secondary regulated inertia loading system, the simulation and experimental study were performed to analyze the energy saving effectiveness of the system based on different load inertia. The simulation and the experimental results show that, the secondary regulated inertia loading system has good energy saving effectiveness, and at the same condition of braking, if the load inertia is larger, the saving energy is more and the energy recycle effect is higher.
