Study on secondary regulation load test of drive axle based on DCS control system

Abstract

The secondary regulation technology is a new energy saving hydraulic transmission technology, which can make several loads work parallel in a constant network system and very suitable for the drive axle test system. Secondary regulation load test of drive axle is a three axis loading system. The basic theory of the test system is analyzed, and the mathematic model of the secondary regulation is found. In order to require high dynamic characteristics and energy saving effective, the DCS control system based on LabVIEW is used in the system, which can perform well on the data communication and system control characteristics. The experiment shows that the secondary regulation Load Test of Drive Axle based on DCS control system can acquire good control characteristics and energy saving.
