Surface energy of Parylene C

Abstract

After measuring the mean value of the static contact angle on the smooth surface of a Parylene-C film as 92.3° and applying the Li-Neumann theory, we found the surface energy of bulk Parylene C as 27.64×10-3Jm-2.
