Abstract

The practice of Tai Chi for relaxation, health, and healing in the East for several thousand years has now spread throughout the Western world. This column reviews Web sites that discuss the history, benefits, and traditions of this ancient martial art form, as well as research being conducted to validate its relevance in modern medicine.
