The software development field is constantly advancing. Indeed, proponents of Extreme Programming (XP) must embrace change vehemently. As such, agile-process proponents are acutely aware of the expertise needed to succeed in software development. Though, it's wise to examine the new movement before joining the throngs of agile development supporters.
