Abstract

Future Electron Ion Collider at medium - high energy √s ∼ 20÷70 GeV is discussed. This facility will be valuable for transverse spin physics studies. Wide range of Q² and P_hTwill allow to study both QCD evolution and interplay among differentQCD factorization formalisms. Threedimentional distribution of partons inside polarised nucleon can be measured at EIC.
